Child's glove June 14, 2010 Karen Richards (Stationed in Kuwait) Too small
It fits like a childs glove and the fits starts almost at the center of your palm.
does the job September 9, 2009 SnowDreamer (New York, NY) sometimes weights slip b/c the gloves slip off, but for the most part, it works well at protecting my hands and enhancing my grip.
Gym gloves January 6, 2009 Stephen Bidwa Bought these for my wife, who is a consumate gym rat. She loves them. Great fit, no velcro closures on the backs to get gross over time. A great example of little things making a sport more enjoyable.
Eh....not so impressed. October 9, 2008 K. Barker (Oklahoma) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I read the customer reviews before purchasing this product. Everyone recommeneded ordering one size up. Instead, I ordered according to the sizing chart on harbinger's website. According to the measurements, I required a medium...which is what I ordered. Upon receiving them I found them to be surprisingly too big. They were loose, and unlike other customers, I found the finger holes to be quite big. I double checked the pacakaging and tags inside the gloves. They both claim M. I hate the hassle of returning items, so for $10....I will probably just give them away. Still a waste. They seem to be of good quality, other than being slightly scratchy on the inside due to seams.
Only OK for me September 24, 2008 sec682 (Massachusetts) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Overall these gloves provide decent hand protection, and have allowed my calluses to go away. Here are my complaints though: 1)fit - I checked the company's sizing chart and ordered a medium. While the palm size is decent, I found the fingers and wrist to be too loose - which means they slide more than I'd like. 2)Length - I personally would have liked the fingers to be a little longer. It would have been nice if they at least reached up to the first knuckle (I have short fingers too). Plus, since the fingers are loose on me, they slide down and cover even less so my fingers barely have any protection at all. That can get uncomfortable for me since my weights have a textured grip which rubs more than a smooth surface would. The only way to compensate is to try and pull the glove up, but that doesn't really work too well. Overall these are a decent pair of gloves. For me though, I think there is probably a better pair out there.
