Good Weight Belt!! August 26, 2010 Kenenth I wish there was much to say for this belt, but after all, it is simply a belt that can be used as is marketed.
Besides that I love this belt. The reason I rated it 4/5 is because the material can really leave you burning on your back if you don't wear a shirt while wearing it (I do not because the shirt gets pulled back and feels uncomfortable after it gets soaked. However I found an easy fix to this problem which is to use your pants or shorts higher than the belt so that the rough material does not scratch your back in any way.
None the less the rough material is not a let down, in actuality, I like it since I know it wont be ripping off or slipping off regardless of the added weight. Enjoy!!!

works great June 15, 2010 jman This belt is a great value. I bought it from Amazon a few weeks ago at $27 and now it's $23. A no brainer at the current price. I haven't used any other dip belts so I can't compare but this one works great so far. It's comfortable and easy to use. Just thread the chain through a plate and clip it to the D-ring. I've loaded about 45lbs on it and its held up just fine. I think it could hold a lot more too. Perfect for weighted dips and pullups on my power rack. I haven't tried a leather one but I can't see how it'd be any better than this one. It's cheaper than leather too and just as durable. If anything breaks on this belt it would be the chain. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
Excellent pull up/ dip belt June 9, 2010 D_LuXury (Brooklyn, N.Y.) Great non leather dip/pull up belt, sturdy, well built product. I add up to 45lbs to the belt and it holds up w/ no problems. Have used it many times excellent for further developing biceps, pecs, & triceps on the pull up/ dip bars in the gym. Only complaint would be that it would be nicer in all leather but for the price you cant beat it. sports store in my area don't carry this product but I had problem finding it on Amazon.com
Great Belt May 30, 2010 Brighten Miller (Las Vegas, NV) I purchased this for a friend and he absolutely loves it. He does dips and pull-ups with it with 16Kg and 5Kg respectively and he constantly raves about how comfortable it is.
