AWESOME DVD. AFTER DOING A FULL CHEST WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS ANOTHER TIME. THIS THING HAD MY CHEST SO MASSIVELY PUMPED FROM JUST ONE SET OF THE CHEST WORKOUTS I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. AWESOME
