I have a bad back and I originally bought this to work out my abs (since I'm not advised to do situps etc). It has not only been great for leg-lifts but has also helped stretch out my back on bad days! I love it.

The only trouble I have is keeping myself from swinging once I start to do the leg ups. With practice you'll get to where you can do it.

These are the "official" straps that can be ordered for the perfect pullup if you order it from the infomercial. The straps work great but could use a little more padding. The straps could leave a mark under your arm when you use them but using a towel to supplement the strap should help.
