Product Description If you are looking for a wide range of exercise capabilities and a sturdy attractive frame but have a limited amount of space, then the EF-4432 is ideal. The pull-up bar features slightly angled handles and is attached to the frame securely. This allows for chin-ups and pull-ups to be performed with a variety of grips and hand spacing. This will work your mid-back, or shoulders, upper back or biceps (front upper arm), depending on your grip and the distance between your hands for a complete upper body routine. The reverse facing pushup station located on the frame below the chin-up and pull-up station provides great a great pushup location. The grips are perfectly positioned off the floor which will allow a user to dip their chest completely level with their hands or even below. This can supply a well rounded chest routine that focuses on the inner, outer, upper, lower and central portions of the chest.

| Customer Reviews: Review are right . . . . this is good product at a great price. September 6, 2010 James Humble-Sanchez (Los Angeles, CA) The two earlier reviews are right this is a good product at a great price. The fit and finish is great at this price point. I am under 200 pounds so this tower is plenty strong for my weight. It may not be commercial gym equipment but I did not pay $400 or $500 dollars either. It has what I need for my home gym and it does it well. Guys over 200 pounds might think about the 11 gauge tubing of the commercial equipment (this tubing is at least 14 gauge and does not flex or bend while I am using it). The design and the gauge tubing are strong enough for anyone 200 pounds or under. Assembly was easy, directions were good, packaging was excellent. Assembled it by myself in less than two hours (I took my time . . . did not want to make any mistakes).
Perfect Power Tower August 17, 2010 Dermguy 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was leery about picking out a power tower online knowing that so many are reportedly flimsy, unstable, wobble, too short, hard to assemble, or may not allow for a full range of motion at each station. I've tried a few different power towers before and this power tower is perfect. I'm 6' and 190lbs. Here's all the pros:
It arrived within a week of the purchase and in mint condition (well packaged).
It took me and my dad 30-40min to assemble (probably because we were socializing). A socket wrench is really handy. All parts fit together cleanly and clearly. Instructions very clear.
Pull up bar is padded for narrow and wide-grip reps. I can just reach it with my feet flat on the floor. The lower horizontal support can be used as a step or to take off weight if you're a little shorter or need the assistance.
This tower doesn't wobble or bend at all at any station used. (Very solid/sturdy).
During dips, the VKR handles don't even come close to hitting your shoulder.
VKR pads are comfortably firm.
The adjustable sit up brace at the bottom is nice to cushion your legs during VKRs so you don't hit the metal if your form lapses.
During pushups, plenty of head clearance.
I honestly cannot say anything bad about this tower. Got it for about $200 with Free shipping. I'll definitely be looking for other Eagle Fitness products given the high quality of this equipment.
Sturdy, easy assembly, quality product December 28, 2009 Alan M. Usas (Rhode Island, USA) 17 out of 18 found this review helpful
I researched a number of the "power tower" units before settling on this one. I actually bought it direct from Bayou Fitness because it was $6 less expensive that way. My choice of the EF-4432 came down to it's having all the features I was looking for and since it weighed in heavier than most of the others in the price range, I thought it would be more substantial and sturdy. That's turned out to be very true. Since I've only had the unit a short while, I'll comment mostly on the packaging and setup. The box arrived in good shape with only a nick or two on the outer cardboard box. Inside was another complete cardboard box containing the parts and it was unscarred. All the nuts and bolts were affixed to a card and clearly labelled, which made grabbing the right bolt a snap. The rest of the pieces were nicely layered in the shipping carton with a good number of protective cardboard end caps and liberal plastic wrap to prevent marring during transport. As a result, there was not a single scratch on any of the pieces. The assembly diagrams were very clear and when combined with the concise written instructions, putting the unit together was quite easy. Only tools needed were 14mm and 17mm sockets plus an adjustable crescent wrench. Just one of the pre-threaded holes needed to have the bolt forced a little. All the others were easily inserted by hand. I estimate it took me about 2 hours to complete the assembly.
I am very pleased with the sturdiness of the completed unit. Although it's not expensive, there is a real feeling of stability and strength rivaling similar equipment you'd find in a commercial gym. Despite the extensive information available on the Amazon and Bayou Fitness web site, the height was never mentioned. It's 86"...and don't forget to keep in mind that your head will extended above this when doing pull ups. Fortunately, my basement has a high ceiling but my head will still need to go between the joists at the top of the pull!
